About Us

At Front Range Classical Ballet Academy, every dancer counts and no one is overlooked.

Pre-Professional Classical Ballet

Our Mission

FRCBA seeks to provide high-quality, affordable classical ballet training for dancers throughout the northern Colorado region.

The program serves recreational and serious dancers ages 8 through adult. Through its affiliate,  Petite Ballerinas, directed by Deneice Dyer, the studio also accommodates dancers as young as 3.

FRCBA director, Ixchel Levendosky, has earned a strong local reputation for her knowledge and command of ballet technique, her personalized teaching, rapport with students and parents, and for her classical and contemporary choreography.

FRCBA offers work-study and scholarship programs to assist low-income students in pursuing their dance dreams.

The studio offers many opportunities for performance, but no student is required to perform and full technique classes continue year-long, side-by-side with rehearsals, so student progress is not hindered during performance-preparation time.
